How Do You Do It?

It's not important how long long or short you tap. What is important is that you keep noticing who the emotion [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] feels in your body while tapping.
Tap a few rounds then stop to take a deep breath.
Tune in to your body again. What are you feeling? Notice your breath and the areas that were tight or uncomfortable before tapping.
